    Trustworthy garage?

    Does anyone know if any farely local to Milford garages that I can trust to take my Jeep to? Check engine light came on and I dont want to get ripped off by the dealership.

    Also looking for a good garage to get a quote for regearing.

    Go to advance auto of any parts store, they can scan your car for free.

          Replace the CPS.

          As to gearing, a lot of people on here have done their own gears.

              In an inconvenient location at the top of the bell housing I believe

                    I have my fantasy baseball draft this Sunday so I cant make it.

                    Plus I pulled my old skid and installed a lopro trans mount the other day and havent got around to installing my new skid so her guts are sitting on jack stands

                          yea, that sensor is in the shittiest, worst spot EVER!

                          Mattie's Service Center in Milford on munson st. does a good job with jeeps. The owner is a certified Jeep tech and used to work for milford jeep for a long time.

                          Always did good work for me and a couple favors here and there too. Reasonably priced too for the regular repairs and stuff. I wouldn't have them do your gears, because most regular mechanic shops i've talked to charge like 10+ hours per axle. For the gears i'd deff try to have a performance, racing, or offroad specific shop do it for you, better choice IMO.

                              I really dont understand why everyone makes the cPs out to be the worst thing to change. I can do em fairly fast and easily ask the ginger like ten minutes no Problem.
