Yea my brother lets me in on all sorts of top secret shit, i got a tour on his sub and wasn't allowed to see where he works.

Basically what my brother told me is that in order for an accident like this to happen on american soil, dozens and dozens of people would have to be schemeing together or fucking off at the exact same time without anyone knowing. Basically it will never happen.
