well today i went to Mohegan with my parents and my wife and brother and sister in law...we had a good time at mohegan as we usually do...we ust went to see the Giants signing autographs and grabbed a bite at the buffett as im currently broke,lol....
so....were driving back on rte 9 in Chester and we went over some sand in the road from an earlier accident...and i asked my mom who was in the back seat to hand me my water...and when i reached back to grab it a gust of wind blew the car a little and some how the tire on the dr. side caught a little dirt and i tried to correct it and the quattro made the tire spin faster or something cause then we proceeded to spin out on the highway...and heres the aftermath.....
the tire skid....
the enbankment we hit...at 70 mph
the trees we took out...
the house that said they heard my car flip and land on its lid...
the aftermath....
the joy....
when i lost control of the car , my heart started to race and all i remember is hearing my wife and my mother screaming....this is tough for me to write............i said to myself ..." Please,God...save us!"....the car flipped onto the roof after going airborne and all i could see is us sliding towards the embankement and then an overwhelming sense of accepting my fate just overcame me....then we stopped...we were alive...but upside down...hanging from the seatbelts....i heard my mother screaming and my wife was silent...i can barely type this right now....then my calm came back i got myself undone from the seatbelt and kicked out the dr. side window and saw the car was on fire in the engine bay, i ran to wifes side and got her out and she was remarkably calm too...then my mother was still screaming and i noticed she didnt have on her seatbelt...i told her we needed to get out right away as the car was on fire...she said she couldnt move her legs....and me and another person who came to our side dragged my mom out...this was unbearable for me to take much less to tell this story...then within minutes the whole highway was shut down and the ems and fire dept. came...they got us loaded up into stretchers and my mom is in Hartford Hospital now with a broken hip and her back is messed up from not wearing her seatbelt. Me and my wife have been released from the hospital and we suffered bumps and bruises due to wearing our seatbelts....
the moral of this story is that YOU MUST WEAR YOUR SEATBELTS!!! You and your loved ones lives depend on it! i am thanking God right now that my lovely wife and my mother are still alive...and another thing is Audi makes a damn good car!!!
