  • Subaru BRZ

Normally I don't have a hard time formulating an opinion about a car, usually I either like it, hate it, or I'm indifferent towards it. In this case, I can't seem to land on any one of those options.

    Some stats:
2.0L Boxer engine, no turbo, good for 200 hp and 150 ft lbs.
RWD, lower center of gravity than a 458 Italia

I think if it had a turbo and put out 250 hp / 250 ft lbs, it'd be a no brainer, but on the other hand it may lose the classic sports car essence at that point. See my dilemma? What say you?

    Needs turbo!
Kinda reminds me of an RX-8... Seems pretty cool... I'd drive it.

I like it alot, despite the fact that it is the same as the Toyota model

If I could afford it id buy one.

I think the Subaru version is the better option. Better design IMO, and a better interior (leather, navigation, push button start, etc)

Subaru people would go apeshit if one came without a Boxer motor...

I like it. It's supposed to be pretty inexpensive, too.

it's got a mazda like stance for sure.

Idk if its me but i feel like all the kias, hyundais, toyotas, and now clearly subarus are trying too hard to all take styling cues from mazda, lexus, audi, Mercedes and bmw.

The cars deff look better but i'm still very impartial to them. This subaru is nice though, its got a really cool sporty look to it. I like the fenders and the rear end, and also the roof line from the doors down to the rearend looks really cool and sleek.

With the stance it deff looks like it has alot of track potential. Any idea if they are using these for grand am yet??

Needs moar v8 though like fo sedious, i would buy one if it had an LS7. No sense in making a sporty car if it doesn't have retard amounts of power IMO. 500 hp or go away.

No worries, I'm not actually back, I'm just reminiscing about the old days.
