they just kicked out some guys at the end of the wherehouse that i rent at. its a pretty big shop. could prolly fit about 8-10 cars inside. electricity is included. i think they are asking $1100 a month. no outdoor storage. decent place. great for the money. 12 ft doors. its in south meriden. lemme know if your interested. just tryin to make sure they don't rent to anymore assholes. the last guys were and got evicted.
