yea not to be a dousche but 100 acres and 75 bucks a night just to camp not even admission . . . sounds like a recipe for an unsuccessful business. if its to build revenue to expand they need a dif business plan cuz that doesnt work. #1 reason a new business fails is because it went in without enough funding.
