FWIW, the prices may seem steep now, but they're just opening up. A little revenue in the door will allow them to expand, which will invite more people, which will enable them to lower their prices.

Economics sucks, but that's how it works.

rausch is free and better. usually you start out low then as business gets better you raise your prices. my first detail jobs were bringing me 50 a car now i charge 100. when your new you go cheap to draw a new crowd not start off reaching into your customers pocket, when a offroad park (which is farther away yes) offers free camping.

saying i support rausch and bruce would be a severe understatement, but rausch is free because it offers featureless primitive camping

from the excerpt it sounds like they will be adding features as time goes on to their camping setup

gotta pay the bills, and land here is not cheap, especially for a new operation. i dont think anyones being gouged. something to consider before you beat them up about it on pirate
