    Video of my powerlifting comp.

    I dont think I posted this.
    My last competition I just did. Heres the video of all of us. I think Im around the 3 minute mark (Dan Mcpherson)
    Figured you guys might get a kick out of it.

                        Yeah I saw you. By the time I realized it was you I was already going by.
                        Skippy, anytime, check it out. It will start to get interesting very soon, I think er have 7? Lifters that will be competing at the Hartford Europa show of strength. One of the biggestt shows in the country.
                        Then ill be getting back in routine to do my next comp in July, hopefully benching around 550.

                              Nice. I know a couple of the Middletown cops that compete. I've seen a bunch of the refuge's video's. Impressive stuff.
