Its made by hella and its some kind of headlamp adjustment machine. mainly is it worth squat? i see the hella name and assume its worth something

its a headlight aiming machine they use it in state inspections. it would be worth something to the right person like a shop or something

pretty much thats all its used for. nothing more nothing less pretty much useless to you and me. even when i worked at a shop i hardly used them when i did the inspections

yeah its just a stand alone thing. you put it up to the cars head light and there is window on the front and the top. you look through the top and the headlight shines though the front. there is a black box inside and the beam of the light has to be a certian degree around that box

if you wanted to but you dont need it if you really want to adjust your head lights rule of thumb is have you car 25 ft away from a garage door and the light beams should be at the bottom of the door
