Foods you love that make your gut turn into a Maytag?

As I sit here at work I have the "churns" because I ate some super yummy Pho from a local Vietnamese place for lunch yesterday. So yummy, but damn does it make me hurt the next day.

1) Buffalo chicken pizza
2) Honey Buns (I have no idea why)
3) Spicy Italian Sausage
4) Thai and Vietnamese food
