Is it asking for a proportional relationship??
Where whatever the height of the flagpole is the wire must be 14 ft longer than that??
assuming the wire is attached to the top of the flagpole.

so it's a right angle at the base of the pole, and the wire is +14ft compared to the height from the ground where it connects to the pole... so you have 70, x, and (x+14) as the sides. See if you can use the side-angle-side method to figure it out? It's been a while.
