Closed hatch on my head

so i come here because you people might be the only ones who can really relate to what i just did. i didn't have my jeep hatch closed, and started driving, it popped open. so i get out and my hatch isn't the easiest to latch so i have to slam it. i slammed it alright, the corner right into my head. the hit wasn't the problem, it was the flap of skin and blood that was the problem. so i sit here with my head tingling and a bloody scalp. i rarely make boneheaded mistakes working on/using jeeps. i thank god i have all my fingers and my retina's are metal free from years of fabrication.
