Need some help - time sensitive

I need a part number or dimensions for the front driveshaft yoke t-case side. Parts store can't find in Thier system and said to get measurements of inside and outside diameter of the shaft and spline count.

In at work now so i can't get that stuff tip later. If I can't get this thing today it'll help me alot. Already crammin everythin in for line Mt Saturday lol. Thanks for the help
