apparently sunday night a wall collapsed and broke a gas line, they left the house to a relatives and called the gas company to turn it off. they didn't... this morning at 6am was a massive explosion and thats all that is left. no injuries or good axles harmed

don't forget you can just plug the generator into your house and back feed the whole house.
Just turn off the main so it doesn't back feed the power lines.
You will want to plug into a 220V plug if like the dryer to feed both sides of the fuse panel.
I just see everyone running extension cords, they are already run in the walls.
just unplug what you don't need so you don't over power the input circuit.
I think most dryers are 20 or 30amps
