HELP!!

I have a Large issue, my rear brake lines popped and it's not effective for me to buy brake lines and put them on for an axle that's being removed asap, is there any chance anyone could bring their welder to my house? I have all the parts to put the axle in but the rear bumper has to go on for the axle to go on right. The rear bumper consists of 2 welds the width of the frame 2 more 4" long wends, welding end caps on for support, and welding spring perches on. Someone please help!!!!! I can pay for the gas and consumables, and food,(sry not old enough to buy you beer yet)
