There have been incidents where youth mobs broke into stores enmasse and stole property, there have been cases like this where they do the same in a mall or crowded place, attacking and beating others at random.

People have been blaming the economy, others blame the fact that you simply can't train animals, take it as you will, but this isnt anything new either. Blacks riot and steal when they feel they are oppressed, whites riot when their favorite sports team loses.
