What's the oddest animal you've ever eaten..and how'd you like it?

I'm asking because a couple friends and I are going to start doing our own exotic meat dinners..meaning each month we're going to order up some wierd animal meat and cook it up. This month we're trying alligator.
We've also found lion, rattlesnake, kangaroo zebra, yak...

Only odd meat I've got is sushi, stuff like eel, squid and octopus, nothingtoo extreme.

But I did have fried gator tails once and they were delicious.

Never had it raw, but the tenderloins are nom. I also liek to take the backstrp, slice it in medallians and sear them for about 30 seconds on each side. incredible.

I've eaten rattlesnake, buffalo, venison, and some other stuff. Never had a bad one!

hahaha, i don't even like horses when they're alive, nevermind dead and on my plate. we're getting a 1lb of gator each so i'll definitely fry up some gator fingers

I've been to few game dinners and had a little bit of everything but I have a soft spot for venison, that stuff is so good!
