i'd say depends on the body. if it has a body kit then yes. just an intercooler on a stock car means it may have other motor work. a fast eclipse isn't necessarily a ricer to me but then again look at my past cars

that bumper does not look stock...but i dont look at eclipses that much. usually ghey bumpers are included and installed with ghey bodykits. this is all assumptions and i really dont care as im just passing time while doing laundry haha

Was that first picture taken in Milford? Cause I think I know that car and it is in the ricer family but its not a nice one. I believe it has lots of little LED lights all over it that are really annoying at night, also many gay stickers.

EDIT: Just re-read your post and figured you probably don't know where its from. And I have settled that it is Milford and the guy with the black Jk lives like a couple houses down from that "ricer." It is a ricer but its not something you take to a car show. I don't actually know the guy that drives the ricer, but I know he works for my coach.
