Went down to RC 2 weekends ago to shoot a promo for the new Wide Open Baja cars they will be featuring at the park as part of a "ride and drive" program paired with Legendary Excursions. The cars have a 190hp Subaru engine, weigh around 2600lbs, and have 18-20" of suspension travel (coilovers/triple bypass shocks combo). I went for a big loop ride in one and its definitely one of the most crazy things ive been in to date.
Anyone who follows the Baja 1000/500 should be familiar with these, Team BFG used them for their effort this past year with good standings in BC class
