  • TJ/CJ/YJ Grill Measurements

I would like to CNC something like a scaled down version of a front grill and was looking for some rough measurements of:

spacing between the slats in the grill
grill slat size themself both horizontal and vertical
    diameter of headlight opening
space between last grill slat to the headlight
    height of the grill
width of the grill at narrowest(bottom) and biggest(by headlights)
    thanks

    hugs for whoever can help

I know a CJ grill is slightly narrower than a YJ/TJ, I "think" TJand a CJ have the same size headlights.

why not just print a picture of a grille, then enlarge it to the size you want to make and break out a caliper or ruler and get some measurements ?
