My driveway opens up to a trail network for some gnarly stuff. No jumps or drops or anything, but there's like 100 miles of horse trail in the woods that go up and down both sides of a valley.
As to the fork... I was running a built-up 2003 Junior T (the one with the billet crosspiece, the shock bodies were independent) but I'm currently running the stock FSR Marzocchi. Seven-eight inches of travel.
I'll post up a pic of it when I pull it out of the cellar.
I'm just getting into the sport. i bought a 2005 Trek 4300 off craigslist in the fall. not the greatest but it works for now. I love riding. Took advantage of the weather today and had a great time exploring the trails around campus
