It's so good/amazing that it's filthy or disgusting. Disgustingly good I suppose. Way easier to say something like "that girl was fucking dirty at pole dancing."

It apparently happens every year... A quick google search indicates that it is in Hawaii and wave action fucks up the river resulting in a large fresh water reservoir that disappears again as soon as the water builds up enough to flow over the top. I think the guys in the video were just helping it along and thus ensuring that the draining occurs while they are around to enjoy it instead of some random time like in the middle of the night.
