American Cheese by Land o Lakes is my favorite for sandwiches. Extra Sharp by Cabot is AWESOME. I used to eat pepper jack by the brick. I also like various versions of mild table cheese and parmesan reggiano is probably my favorite cheese to eat with bread and olives or any italian meal. Grated parmesan cheese goes on everything from soups to pastas without a second thought. I like Mozzarella with fresh tomatoes and basil. Damn. mmmmmmmm.

Cabot also makes a Cheese with Buffalo Wing Sauce. It's fucking awesome. My mother buys this 'Irish Cheese' from Trader Joes and it's a great sharp cheese. I always have some sort of sharp cheese in my house at all times.

The only cheese I ever disliked was goat milk cheese mainly because the cheese tasted like licking the back of a wet goat. Every other cheese I have ever eaten I've loved.

cheese is just, well, fucking awesome.

mozzarella (or mozzarell for will :P ) is hands down my favorite. you can give me a huge piece of fresh mozzarella and it will probably be gone within 2 minutes.

I love any kind of cheese, except maybe swiss. I'll eat it on sammiches, but thats it. My family has the best cheese drawer ever. There could be no food in the house, except the cheese drawer is full.
