is it just me or does it seem to get warmer while its snowing heavily. then when its done it goes back to bone hurting cold. almost like insulation or something.

this is true. snow is a great insulator and it does snow the hardest when it's just above 32*

i agree with Even that winter is cold anyway. so either i can be bored and walk around outside or it can snow and i'll be cold outside, but either sledding, riding quads, drifting jeeps, snowboarding, building snowmen, igloos with tunnels. the fun is endless. also it's beautiful compared to a miserable snowless winter.

yes, people do suck at driving. people suck even worse at driving in the snow. are we really in such a rush that we can't deal with a few car accidents and slow drivers on the way to work?

i mean hell i drive for 9 hours a day at my job in some of the shittiest towns in jersey. does it get sketchy and more difficult when it snows? yes. but it's still fun.

I was Taxiing my sister around Fairfield today in my Jeep and it was fucking annoying as hell. The roads aren't plowed and even though we have like 2-3 inches, it's wet and slick and people are sliding all over the place. Luckily there isn't an issue with the jeep, but people who drive these BMW and other massive stupid SUVs can't fucking drive and get totally freaked out when the ass end of their vehicle kicks out just a little.

It's like driving amidst a bunch of 2 year olds.

As much as I hate the snow, I'm glad to have the jeep to actually get around in it without a problem.

this storm should be interesting... I got the grand cherokee with 4wd that i can only use around the yard... Then my 81 c10 2wd no posi with plenty of power. studded the rear tires in my driveway this morning at least. Then the mighty honda with studded snows. if we get as much as we say in the north-east looks like ill be calling out of work tomorrow morning
