AHHH, the dealership. A great place to learn when you start out.... But after 2 years working there, say goodbye to raises. The benefits suck there. Shitty 401K and good old shitty flat-rate pay. When there's no work, say hello to a next to nothing pay check at the end of the week. I've done it, and all the guys I work with now done as well. They're not a good place to work for. They take advantage of you. I suggest to work there for a few years for the experience then get the hell out of there when you can.
But on the bright side, Congrats and goodluck
