Im a geek, and i like computers so im going to start a "show your desktop" thread.

here is my work desktop (20" imac 2ghz core 2 duo 4 gigs of ram):

dammit im at work and the background on the 21" imacs here are pretty lamesauce, oh well, ill post it anyway. the background changes at random as per that funky mac setting.

Specs on said computer? ^^^ you know you can get a messenger app that will combine aim and yahoo

yeah I know about the prog that can combine aim and yahoo, I never use yahoo though and never really liked the progs that can combine the two. I think I had one called trillion, wasnt crazy for it.

and you dont like that computer adam, or are you just not cazy about os x? i've been doing a lot of things via command line, such as TFTP into our cisco switches to save a copy of the startup configuration locally. so many neat things in he command line you just dont get with the gui

it pains me to say this but..

I love it. Only thing I dont like is that the screen is a mirror in certain light. We do 95% of our account checking stuff in terminal.
