Mark Haub, a professor of human nutrition at Kansas State University, went on a 10-week junk food diet to prove that weight loss has more to do with your caloric intake than it does with the nutritional value of your food. So basically he ate nothing but Twinkies, Nutty Bars, Doritos and Oreos for two and a half months -- just having a one-item mini-meal once every three hours -- and shed almost thirty pounds.
