Plus the new Ford 5.0 is actually a somewhat modern engine with electronically controlled valve timing on both the exhaust and intake. This is a huge benefit since it allows the engine to breathe better because it can advance the cam timing to idle properly and retard it for top end power, best of both worlds. It also makes the engine efficient enough to not require the use of EGR to pass emissions, allowing to take in more clean air.

Chevy still uses pushrods.

true about hte rods but in all honesty i drove a 5.0 and a ss while the mustang gave me a very fun ride and i do like the exterior of it the interior of the camaro is sexy as shit and it's one of the funnest rides i have had in a car since i sold my last camaro. but your dads car is still very nice i do like ity i'm just a camaro junkie
