I did this morning and that's why he got Cranky.
He told me my mother needed to call him, so he gave me the number then said 'Can you repeat that number back for me?' and I replied with a Hearty 'NOPE'. He got pissed and said 'Why would you tell me you're going to take a message and then just not?'. I laughed and told him I really didn't care but I'll actually write the number down this time and read it back to him to make him happy. He was less than pleased.

I had an older woman picking a fight with a woman because she knew the other lady was before her, but she signed in. She saw the girl was in front of her, asked her if she was next and if she signed in. She then proceeded to try and jump in front of her saying she was next on the sign in sheet and saying the girl just was being disrespectful. This went on for over 5 minutes and then my shift ended
