Stupid nub questions..

Ok i have been playing on this forum for a few weeks now but have yet to figure out what sis actually stands for, so... what does SIS mean?

Also, I used the search but couldn't find any bylaws, so...
1: do they exist?
2: are they for memers only or can i review them before i try to "join"?
3: What is SIS doing / planning to keep offroading legal / bring it back?

We do not have a political structure here at all, nor do we have an advanced bylaw system. This club is private, and a very laid back atmosphere.

Not sure what you mean by 3. There is no bringing legal public trails to CT, those days are over. We have a private plot of land that the club has access to through a member.
