armor. first i'd look for a nice belly skid and a set of rock sliders, then deff a front diff cover, i only recommend this diff cover this soon cause i just drive into shit. anything that is 1/4 will be beef enough in terms of belly skids etc.

Next is lower control arm mounts, weld up some beefy 1/4 ones, its well worth it.

then some gas tank protection is always good.
No worries, I'm not actually back, I'm just reminiscing about the old days.

I would do a belly up skid and rocker protection as well. The higher up belly skid will benefit you a lot from the stock belly pan under there. gas tank skids cant hurt either. I would look into the 2.5" coils from Rough Country, cheap and effective. Or just get a budget boost and have 2" for about 70 bucks

I have a 4banger TJ, with almost all of the armor I could possibly get. The only things I do not have are engine skid, steering box skid and rear corner guards.

Best purchases to date. Clayton flat belly skid, front PSC tube fenders, sliders and gas tank skid. (bookoo dorra) lol
I started adding these things after my 8.8 swap and 4.10s and my first run to RC. Armor is a must. I wish I got them sooner than I did because I destroyed my rockers there.

4cyl, 33s and all of that shit are okay around town, highway is alittle iffy. My next upgrade is 4.88s, hpd30 and possibly a locker.
        Hope that helps a bit

Yea, just realized it was a tj, thought it was an xj just breezing through it. In that case flat fender it and skid it up.

guess i could trim down the roll cage a bit.....

thanks for the advice guys, i think i'm gonna go for some rock sliders first just because i know i want those, then keep shopping around for some other skids like belly, oil pan, whatever else. there are so many options i want but so little money to spend!!!!!!!
