The guy in the article had this law ruled unconstitutional based on the first amendment.

A panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals sided with him in a 2-1 decision Tuesday, agreeing that the law was a violation of his free-speech rights.

According to those fucking fairies, someone should be allowed to be whoever they want to say they are, including if they want to disgrace our military servicemen and the awards they fight and die for.

EDIT: My title was in reference to all the people claiming 1st amendment rights when brought to the spotlight about what they're doing wrong. I think people are taking advantage of how it was written and using the constitution in ways it was not intended.

I'm just making it clear that 'Free Speech' should never be used to describe 'Bullshit' like it does in your thread title. In essence, it is Freedom of speech and freedom of expression and you can rightly so use your freedom of speech and freedom of expression to bring down upon them the words of the righteous and the words of justice to tell them what fucking posers and losers they are and how they should go back home to their house and have a bubble bath with a pack of razors.

It works both way, you just have to be educated, well mannered and ready to confront the people the fake their way through life. They are just scammers and there are plenty of them out there. Do you not think the dignity or other professions are at risk when scammers and fakers attempt to be accountants, lawyers, bankers and policemen when those who aren't them decided to be and rob people of their money under the guise of professionalism?
