George had to go for jury duty yesterday and something kinda bad happened. He was pulling into the parking garage at the courthouse, and had to deal with that stupid gate thing. Well, as he was going through, the gate came down too early, and it came down between the hatch door and the spare tire. George didn't stop, he kept going and broke the gate. They have a sign in the garage saying about how they are not responsible for damages. Does that work both ways?

Probably not. I got warned at the car wash that I was responsible for any damages my rack may cause to their machinery as some guy got owned by them a month or so before and had to pay them over $3000 in repairs that his hummer's rack did

There was no guy in the booth at the time, but one of the other jury duty suckers saw it. His eyes got huge and he just shook his head. Most of the people there were yuppy types that were probably afraid of the XJ.
