    I guess we can say its based out of fairfield because thats where Will (heavymetel) and phil (buffalo phil) are from.

    but we have people from Rhode Island, Mass, Jersey, Pennsyltucky, maryland, etc.

      Welcome, SIS is derived from a cannon camera model # the 1st camera will used when taking pics of his wheeling adventures back in 1900's so thats where that comes from.
