ok so i get PMs/IMs daily about the following things:
Hey Will, how do I embed a Youtube video?
How, you ask?
Here...is how.
You have a Youtube link like so:
http://youtube.com/watch?v=1AtWjurWBpY
You want to take everything AFTER the = sign...copy that so you have this now copied "1AtWjurWBpY"
Now, you want to put it between the youtube tags so it looks like this:
then it should embed properly
Sometimes youll get a weird link depending how youre browsing through Youtube, something like this :
http://youtube.com/watch?v=lFcQs5KxHgs&feature=related
Its easy to just go to the right side of the video where all the information is and click the (More info) link. That will display the videos direct link, similar to the one i posted above, and you can grab the letters/numbers after the = sign from there.
