Ok, since there is an official run going on this weekend, I think it might be smart to get the hotel booked now.
We have just as many people on the 'for sure' list as the 'maybe' list. If none of the maybes go, one room should be fine. Otherwise I think we need two rooms. In the interest of keeping cost down, I don't wanna book two rooms if we don't need them.
