Fender Flare?

I was driving the other day, and my driver side rear fender flare flew off. I stopped, picked it up, and put it in my jeep. Long story short, i lost the damn thing.

Anyways, i noticed that the front passenger side flare (i have both the fronts from when i trimmed the front) seemed to line up pretty close, but it didn't seem to fit on.

Are the front passenger and the rear driver flare the same? I loosened the bolts on the bracket to try to get it to slide in easier, but still to no avail.
