2wd to 4wd conversion

hey everyone, my buddy is getting a 94 XJ 2wd, i have a 92 XJ 4x4 wrecked....just wondering what is involved if i use my jeep as a donor (if the parts are still good) for his to make his 4wd....more or less the transfer case/front end swap....or is there much more to it...thanks front diff is a dana 30 and the transfer case is an np242 select trac.
