That's a pretty nifty bump idea, I'm definetly interested to see how they hold up.

since the install i have drilled some holes in about 1.5" of it and that noticeably softened em' up. i have launched it a few times and I am very happy with how the front feels. the rear on the other hand sucks balls. oldass re bastard pack and stock shocks need to go. and i bent the unibody more, the rails where the bumps hit pretty much need to be reinforced

The bump contact surface actually bent upwards? Woah.

I was in my local army surplus store looking at some of the legit army gerry cans. Do want one on the new green jeep. Can't wait to see how this came out.

got any pics of how you mounted the tire? Did you just make a piece of tubing with a old wheel bearing on the end?

its an old axleshaft cut down and welded to some tubing

the only thing i dont like is the gas can mount.

kinda threw it together and was never happy with the location, but there really is no other place to put it.
