4.0L RMS/Oil Pan Gasket + Belt

I sold the XJ a while ago, just doing some spring cleaning. Came across these bad boys. Gasket/seal is brand new, the belt is dirty but I'm pretty sure it's brand new too.

Instead of throwing them out I figured Id offer them up to you guys for beer.
