Not yet but it looks like it will be soon, I'm never particularly optimistic about land closure, they managed to thin the field out here pretty well with little opposition. It isn't even the DEC this time, it's the Marine Corps. I guess it has been put off for another 2 years again though. Hope this isnt a repost.
