I have a question, what can I do to improve my front flex? I am able to almost pull out my coil at full flex but would like some more droop. The shocks still got around 2 inches of down travel till its maxed out

Any reason you want more droop? There is not a whole lot of point to having an axle drooping with no pressure on it from the springs. Maybe in some circumstances, but not many.
Traction and stability will get you through the trail, not gobs of flex.

Half ass build thread. Ended up with an FMU and a Walbro pump. I would do an AEM FIC or a mega squirt at this point though.

Im broke as shit to be honest. I kind of want to do it in a reasonable manor not spending a shit ton on it. Im looking for 5-6 psi

How did you get around the power steerin pump with that setup?

At will, because I dunno. Its stable as hell and for being a 3-4 it seems to flex alright I dunno Im over thinking I bet.

                #brodoyouevenwondon? heh?

Power steering was stock. Made the return hose a bit longer to reroute. Everything else fit. Oh and an HX35 will be a bit large on the exhaust side to be effective down low in the R's to crawl with.

It's actually an hy so it has a very small exhaust side.
That's all you had to do with the return

My fleck its off the wall

I ran out of room flexing. Their is still 3ish more inches down travel.

leave it alone. there are many steps that outweigh "more flex". it flexes how it's supposed to, now start adding skids, lockers, steering, gears yada yada... wheel it and enjoy yourself

1 ton chevy tie rods are cheap and can be had at any auto parts store of you break them. JCR and Ruffstuff sell the kits complete or buy the rod ends and some DOM and build your own
