I have been on a hiatus from r/c'ing and am trying to pick it back up.

Back when i was into it "fairly" heavy I had a axial ax-10 based truck.

At this past OER Willy G let me drive his RR10 bomber and i now want to get back into it.

what do you guys have??? likes/dislikes??

also... the last time i rc'd myself most people still had NiMH batteries as Lipo was sort of new... whats the dealio on lipo's. suggestions??

Ah yes... I remember these. Will dick teased us all about an offroad race in his backyard jungle and never followed through. I think he's afraid.

For real though, I love the wraith. When Aubrey, Phil, Matt and whoever else would go out it was always a good time. Watching Matt's catch on fire was fantastic.

I also wheeled the piss out of the comp course at RC with it. Was legit.

It's not too much fun to go it alone for me and I'm not sure anyone still fucks around with them, but if you guys do, I'm ready to rock n' roll!

As for the batteries, I switched to LiPo's because I was getting 15 minutes out of a charge rather than an hour. But yeah, they could explode in a blaze of glory.

I traded my Losi MRC for a Moped, which was a pretty good deal. Then traded said moped for two mopeds and it was a better deal.

But I honestly kinda wish I still had something to mess around with. I'd love to come watch and get drunk

Im more of a crawler/ trail'er than a rock racer but i love the bomber.

I am looking at getting a kit and cannot decide between:

1. Axial Wraith Spawn Kit 329.99

2. Axial RR10 bomber kit 359.99

or MAYBE,
3. SCX-10ii cherokee (most likely for the wife( i like more of a tube chassis))

what do you guys think?
