    i searched a few times on here and didn't see a welding thread, either to say "check out these sick ass welds" or.. "HAHA what the fuck is this ass clown doing" type of welds.

    not myself but what my bro did for me saturday night.... don't break oil pans



    from last year when i did a 6spd swap in my VW, this is a common mod with the 6 speed tranys. the shift forks have roll pins in them that can sheer off causing your trans to not shift at all or go into 2 gears at once...... BOOM!!
    he did a combo of TIG welding the metal parts and then did some type of brazing on the brass forks using the TIG torch. i think it had to do more with the type of filler rod he used on those parts, i know it was a much lower heat.










    i'll have to get a few better ones of my axle bracket kit, that has some nice ones too. even though the welder had a flat brim hat on

            Oh I thought that 4 cylinder turbo header was for a TDI

              Honduh. The only non Honda manifolds I have done were for a 512TR Ferrari.
