    hello...my name is clark, and i drive a toyota. i thought i'd go ahead and sign up for this here off-road club (or the forum at least)...i'm in another club as well, but ya'll seem to be a little bit more "local." i met one cat from sis (can't remember his name...tan-ish jeep of some kind. i don't know from jeeps) at the heavnly donuts cruise a while back, and another (tim from north haven bike) just yesterday!

    anyway...just doing the mandatory introduction thread.

                    i will preface this by saying i did not build this myself...i'm handy and shit, but this level of work is way beyond me! i can change fluids and i'm learning about more involved work as i go...but i can't, for example, weld.

                    truck is an 87, sas'd with an 85 axle housing, hp fj80 3rd, 30 spline longs, psc hydro assist, etc...rear is an 86 housing with v6 3rd, monte carlo brakes, and some other shit. motor is not stock...enginebuilder cam and head with stainless valves. 5.29s front and rear with detroit lockers, and dual (stock) cases...full "interior" cage. bed was bobbed 8", and lots of work done to trim wheelwells and move the firewall back to clear the 38's. she goes pretty good.

                        Damn that thing is sweet. I wont lie, I have a soft spot for toyotas. Youll have to come out and wheel that thing. Tim can steer you in the right direction there too
