So here's the floor. I'm saving all the cardboard mock-ups so if anyone needs them in the future PM me.
Anyway here's the whole thing dimensioned out:

I can't take credit for this. I was out working all day and when I came back my dad did this as a surprise for me. Needless to say hes a perfectionist. Anyway, the pneumatic sheers made the work go real easy. Tomorrow I'm going to put slits in the metal to weld it to the uni-rails and then spot weld the rest. I picked up a can of bed liner for the inside and undercoat for the bottom. The carpet is still drying.
